CUSTOMER CARE & refund policy
I strive to respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner. My goal is to acknowledge all customer contacts within 24 hours and provide a resolution or update within a reasonable timeframe. All treatments, procedures, and prepaid services are non-refundable. Payment is for the treatment(s) and/or procedure(s) performed and not for any specific result.
booking policy
A $30 deposit is required to book an appointment. The online booking option will prompt you to pay the deposit. I offer a variety forms of payment for the deposit. If you book an appointment via phone, I will send a link for you to pay the deposit. You can pre-book your next appointment right after your service and pay the deposit closer to your next appointment. You can also book multiple services at a time if needed. After booking your services, please fill out all required forms displayed on my website before arriving to your appointment.
cancellation, reschedule, no-shows & late arrivals
I understand that life happens and things come up unexpectedly, however I always appreciate my clients letting me know that they have to reschedule or cancel in a timely manner. I try to provide a fair and smooth cancellation process for my clients. Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This will secure your $30 deposit for your rescheduled appointment or reimbursement. Any cancellations made within the 24 hours will result in a $30 charge. Please arrive on time to your appointment. I offer a 10 min grace period before having to reschedule. Arriving 10 min after your appointment time will be charged $30 and will have to reschedule. Clients that no-call or no-show will have to pay 50% of the service cost. This must also be paid before re-booking an appointment. Clients that repeatedly cancel or rescedule will be asked to pre-pay for their service.
Lashes, facials, waxing
Lash extensions are filled on a 2-to-3-week basis. A new lash extension set will have to be purchased after that time frame. Pre-booking keeps you within the time frame for fills and ensures your lash maintenance. Lash extensions are a semi-permanent beauty service, so it is important to protect your investment. This includes washing your lashes with shampoo made specifically for lashes. Following the aftercare instructions are important and crucial for good retention. My main priority when it comes to lashes is maintaining the health and integrity of your lashes. Contact me regarding any retention issues within 48 hours from your initial appointment and I will determine if a correctional touch up is necessary. I want my clients to love their lashes, so I encourage you to reach out. It is also important to follow aftercare for facials, waxing, lash lifts, and brow laminations. It is important to wear sunscreen after having any exfoliating procedures after a facial. Waxing also requires exfoliaiton and avoiding wet activities like swimming and saunas for a certain period. You will get thorough aftercare instructions after your appointment for these services.
appointments & safety
Please sign all forms required before your appointment. I work with sharp objects, hot tools, and strong adhesives therefore, I do not permit children or pets. Answering calls or texting during Lash appointments is not recommended or allowed. I aim to ensure the safety of my clients and want you to feel relaxed and enjoy your experience. Please don’t be afraid to let me know your favorite music or podcast to personalize your service. So lie back and let me do the work. Minors need their parental approval and parental consent forms signed for any services. A Parent or Guardian needs to be present during their child’s appointment. I treat all my clients with respect and cultivate a positive environment. My business is a safe place and isn’t specific to a certain audience. However, I have the right to refuse services to anyone who is not able to abide or respect my policies.
